Kristi Bridgeman

Kristi Bridgeman was born and raised in the Pacific
Northwest. She now resides and paints in Saanich, on
Vancouver Island where she lives with her husband
and two children. She enjoys different mediums and
whenever possible prefers environmentally friendly or
recycled materials. A watercolor and sepia ink
combination is her current medium of choice as it
lends a warm coastal feel to her botanicals, and an
ethereal quality to the fantasy work.
As a child, she would escape into the garden looking
for 'the little fairy folk' hidden in nooks She's always
loved childrens' subject matter, and is charmed by the illustrations
in Victorian childrens' books. .
